I graduated in 2012 from the Canadain College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, I started my carrer in a physio setting and continued on my ventures to a spa setting, leading me to Fox Harb'r for my first year and to fall in love with the Northshore area.

I’m no superhero. And I won’t try to pretend to a be. 

I’m just a mom who had a career before her babies and is now making her best shot at making an old dream a new reality. I will be making loads of mistakes with this business venture and I will do everything possible to correct them as they come, most importantly, with a smile.

I bring this clinic to Pugwash with intent of helping keep everyone healthy, close to home. 

As some of you know I had treated in Pugwash for a period of time after having my first son and before our lovely pandemic hit. 

What most of you don’t know is before this pandemic hit I started the process on opening my own clinic to better serve Pugwash with what I hoped to be more and a wider variety of therapy options. I had referred so many of you to other therapies but not many of you were able to travel to those treatments as they were so far away. This is my dream, to be able to help Pugwash and surrounding areas get the treatments they need to be their healthiest and happiest selves. 

 

Professionally I graduated a 2200 hour Massage Therapy program at the Canadian Collage of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2012. Since I have been trained in many modalities, most used are Cupping, and Taping. My favorite and most commonly used techniques are myofacial work and deep tissue. 

 

Personally I am a wife to an amazingly supportive husband, and a mother to 2 young boys, and of course the original baby, and border collie. 

 

My husband and I moved to Pugwash in 2014 and started our journey on this venture of a quiet life on the country side to start and raise our family... the right way.
