"In 1997 I studied massage therapy at the Sarasota School of Natural Healing Arts and received a national licence in Florida.

I continued my education at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy a number of years later and received a New York state licence.

I am trained and experienced in Reiki, acupressure, Myofascial release, Deep Tissue, and foot reflexology.

Most of my work in done intuitively, but foot reflexology is my favorite modality because of its effectiveness."
